The need for accurate, complete and relevant information is needed by a pharmacy business entity, but in the current system it has not been obtained optimally. In the current system, recording is still done on notes or transaction books, this causes difficulties for employees in searching for transaction data and making reports. Another problem that occurs is the difficulty of making stock cards, because of the increasing number of drug data. In this study, the approach method used is a sequential software process, seen as continuing to flow downward through the phases of planning, modeling, implementation and testing with the development of the system used is the waterfall model. The final result of this research is in the form of a pharmacy information system product. With the pharmacy information system created, it is hoped that data search, report generation and drug stock data can be done more easily and in a relatively faster time.
