Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has required every agency or organization to use the system in order to keep up with the times. With the existence of the Regional Financial Management Information System at the Office of Cooperatives, Small Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry in order to facilitate performance in using it. This study aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate the Regional Financial Management Information System based on 2 dimensions, namely importance and performance with 4 aspects of the method (IPA) namely system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 6 users, with the final results of data analysis, management, and validation stating that each aspect has its own satisfaction. So the end result is a recommendation on every aspect in order to get a very good satisfaction. From the results of data processing obtained with a total score of 434 performance with an average of 3.61 and a total score of 467 expectations with an average of 3.83. With the acquisition of the respondent's score of 92.93%, it is in the very good category interval. So the quality of the Regional Financial Management Information System at the Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry has been declared good.
