Current technological developments have shown several changes, as well as in managing data, in today's data management we need an application so that the management becomes more effective, the Application for Managing Housing Consumer Data is an application that is devoted to managing all consumer data. The purpose of this research is to build an application for managing consumer data in housing to make it easier for employees to manage consumer data collection. The method used in building this application is a prototype model which includes several stages, namely gathering requirements, designing, building prototypes, evaluating prototypes, until the application can be used. Using this method is more helpful in finding needs in the early stages of developing this application. This research produces a desktop application that can manage all consumer data. The conclusion of this system is that it makes it easier for managers to manage all consumer data and will improve the quality and quantity of housing in the eyes of the community

The purpose of making this system is to make it easier for students to find out grades and lesson schedules more flexibly. The research method carried out is by conducting observations, interviews, and library research. While the system method used is the prototype model method through a structured approach. The results achieved based on the design and manufacture are analyzing the problems that occur so that the design needs can be met. Then it is poured in the form of a data management application, a running system, and a detailed diagram. After that, the structure and tables are created as the database, the destination and the output as the interface. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the designed system can meet the desired needs, such as accessing a more flexible class schedule and student grades.

Enterprise architecture design is designed to assist in managing data. Methods of observation, interviews, literature studies and using the TOGAF ADM Framework as a framework that is used as a reference in the architectural design that is made, in the togaf the author uses six phases in the TOGAF framework, starting from the Architecture Vision phase, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, and up to the Migration Planning phase. The result of this research is the Blueprint which will later become a reference in the development of future systems that are able to assist the foundation in solving the problems faced today, namely the absence of an integrated system.

For the business world, technological advances have been utilized and applied by several national and private companies. This is supported by the development of internet technology and various software that is getting easier for users. Website media is one of the business strategies for delivering more detailed information and expanding marketing to consumers. Based on this, we need a web-based application that is able to manage Webinar organizer information. This application is expected to help educational institutions get detailed information on Webinar organizers and online date reservations, besides that this application is expected to help admins in managing date reservation reports. Writing using the prototype method. This model is a process of rapid development and testing of a working model of a new application through an iterative interaction process that can be used by information systems experts and business experts.
