Abstract

The problem in the employee performance appraisal process is the accumulation of employee performance form files because the implementation of the performance appraisal has not used a database so that the data search process is difficult, performance appraisal takes a long time. Based on the problem the author conducted research with the waterfall method. The research conducted by the author resulted in an application for evaluating employee performance at the management level that is able to assist the implementation of performance appraisal based on the suitability of Standard Operating Procedures with employee performance to be used as evaluation material while all decision making can only be carried out by the Leaders and Supervisory Board of BMT Al-Amanah
