Asset Management Application in Ciherang Village

Abstract

The village asset application is an application that functions to manage village assets in Ciherang. The problem faced in Ciherang Village is that there is no special application that can help facilitate the work of its employees. Therefore, in this final project the author will build a desktop-based village asset application that has a User Friendly display. The system development method in this application is the prototype method. Where in the making, the author interacts with the village asset officer directly regarding what needs are needed for the application that is made. Based on the concept and design, it has produced a village asset application where this application is managed by village officials. This application can manage land assets, equipment assets, building assets, road assets, irrigation and networks, as well as other assets, not only that this village asset application can also print reports easily. It can be concluded that a "Ciherang Village Asset Management Application" has been built that can help its employees work in managing asset data, so as to minimize data errors and inaccuracies. In addition, this application can also improve employee performance because it looks quite easy to use
