Abstract

The application of information technology at this time is widely applied in various fields, one of which is in the field of education. The presence of information technology in the field of education can provide easy access quickly. One of them is the Integrated Academic Information System (SIAP) located at STMIK Sumedang. The Integrated Academic Information System (SIAP) is a system built to provide convenience to students in online academic activities. However, despite using a system, there are still problems with the system. Based on these problems, a research was conducted on measuring the quality of the Integrated Academic Information System (SIAP) of STMIK Sumedang using the Delone and Mclean 2003 success model with variables of system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction and net benefits. The results of data processing can be seen from the assessment of variable aspects, although it is categorized as a high average score, but it is still necessary to improve the quality of the information system used.
