Abstract

Information and communication technology provides a means to publish data so that it can be directly obtained by the public. This is one of them contained in the web function that can be directly accessed by the public using the internet. In the development of information and communication technology, this can be a means to increase the business of selling products or services that make it easier and more effective for non-conventional business development. In this case, to protect Small and Medium Enterprises in Sumedang Regency in competition in the non-conventional market share, an E-Market Website is needed in increasing sales, competitiveness and as a means of promotion. The goal is to build a Website for Small and Medium Enterprises in Sumedang Regency based on E-Market. In this study, the development of an E-Market-based Website system was carried out using the Prototype method for the flow of the Website system development. The results achieved in this study are the construction of a Small and Medium Business Website in Sumedang Regency based on E-Market which is expected to be able to become a medium of information and communication in increasing sales, increasing competitiveness and being a means of product promotion for SMEs in Kabupaten Sumedang
