The goal that the researcher wants to achieve is to build a community information system in the Cisalak District that suits the needs of the users, the researcher builds an application using the waterfall methodology, the first step is to conduct interviews with related parties, the second step is to create an interface design for users, the third step is coding to make computer programs according to the logic of the last stage of application testing. The results achieved in the creation of an information system for the aspirations of the people of Cisalak District can help the community to convey their aspirations online to the sub-district government. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the website of the Cisalak District community aspiration information system is a substitute for the system to accommodate the aspirations of the community which was previously still manual
