Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the attendance information system used in educational institutions. The method used is Importance Performance Analysis and obtains the results of the analysis described in the form of diagrams, data collection uses questionnaires and interviews, data testing used only uses validity and reliability tests, the level of importance and results of performance assessments, and conclusions can be seen from each For each quadrant in the diagram that has been described, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 98 users, with the final results of data analysis, management, and validation. The conclusion obtained by the researcher is that the performance variable gets a score of 3.51 with a satisfactory predicate, the system features variable gets a score of 3.65 with a satisfactory predicate, the system security variable gets a score of 3.52 with a satisfactory predicate, and the ease variable gets a score of 3.93 with a satisfactory predicate. In general, based on the Importance Performance Analysis framework, it has been able to provide satisfaction to users
